2016-04-02 Andries & Christel's Wedding

My sister's son, Andries van Niekerk got married to Christel Swanepoel near Heidelberg at De Hoek Country Lodge. This was the first time in a long time that Dawid and myself could enjoy taking photos at a wedding as guests and not being the official wedding photographers.

A farm style wedding from beginning to end. Andries and his groomsmen were dressed casual but elegant to go with the theme of the wedding and Christel's wedding dress was beautiful and something different than the usual wedding dresses.

While we waited for them to get back from the official photo shoot with the photographers we took time in taking photographs of the guests and lovely setting of the wedding.

Congratulations to Andries and Christel and we wish you all the best as a married couple for the future.
